Forage Mornings

This forage walk is every first Saturday of the month and kicks off in Clapton sq, finishing up in Hackney Downs Lasting approximately 2 hours. We try to stick to the same route, ensuring we pass the same locations to revisit places where we are already getting familiar with what grows where. Feel free to bring books, sketch pads, masking tape, art stuff, a flower press  and anything else that inspires and enriches the experience. We usually munch most of the route on things that we find, but bring water,  and a snack or a flask of something to share if you are feeling in a picnicy mood.

Bring either/or paper bags, plastic containers, cloth bags, scissors, a sharp knife, a wicker basket if you have one that is easy to hold for holding the foraged plants in. Wear weather suitable clothing for the walk and comfortable shoes for walking off the beaten track. All welcome and a donation of £20 waged £10 low waged per person (kids under 18 free) is much appreciated to keep these walks going. 

Guarranteed you will return home with a herbal remedy of sorts and quite probably a full stomach too, and if not, then most definitely your daily dose of vitamins and minerals for the day.
